What Happens Next

  1. We call you

    To learn about the building, the roof and any leaks, and to set up a time for the survey.

  2. Free roof survey

    We walk the roof, check seams, flashings, drains and penetrations, and scan for trapped moisture.

  3. Adhesion testing

    Test patches confirm the coating will bond to your roof. GAF requires this before it issues a coating warranty; it's a one-time $1,500 cost.

  4. Written, price-locked quote

    Within 24–48 hours of the survey: the system, the application rate, the thickness and the GAF warranty term. The price locks when you sign.

If coating isn't the right answer for your roof, we'll say so in the survey.
